Christian Games

  • Boz Games My kids got a Boz DVD for a birthday this year, and they really like it!

  • Hermie & Friends

  • Big Idea Fun Veggie Tales activities.

  • All About Coloring-Games  This site has some cute games like a Bible Word Search and Christmas Hangman, but they also have some Pokemon games, so stay away from this site if you don't approve of Pokemon.

  • Beyond This Planet Fun Stuff  This is a Christian site with riddles & jokes for kids, as well as a word search.

  • CBH Kids This is a Christian site with games, a Scripture search, etc.

Educational Games

The games on many of the other sites may also be educational. These games are specifically designed for educational purposes, and don't contain any characters.

  • Starfall This is the best free, educational game site I have found online!  Teach your kids letter sounds, phonics, and give them practice at reading--all in one, nicely put together site!

  • A Kid's Heart: The Sunshine Room  Here your child can participate in some fun activities like dragging circles around with a mouse.  The topics they can learn include: shapes, colors, math, and the alphabet.

  • Lil' Fingers Storybooks  Here you'll find cute online storybooks that teach about numbers, ABCs, etc.

  • Mrs. Alphabet

  • Play Kids' Games

Character, Show & Brand Name Games

This is the coolest resource! It's a chart of behaviors, and Scripture references to go along with each behavior.

This is one of the best parenting books out there. I highly recommend this one.
