Ascorbic Acid Flush
Place 1,000 milligrams of ascorbic acid in a cup of
water or juice
(organic). To make this drink, use ascorbic acid in
the form of either
esterified vitamin C, such as Ester-C, or a buffered
product, such as
calcium ascorbate (this is the one that I
recommend). Take every half hour,
keeping track of how much has been taken, until
diarrhea results. Count the
number of teaspoons needed to product diarrhea.
Subtract 1 from this
amount, and take the resulting ascorbic acid drink
every four hours for one
to two days. During therapy, make sure the stool
retains a tapioca-like
consistency. If it again becomes watery, decrease
dosage as necessary. You
can repeat this once a month for a couple of months
in order to heal
completely.
The procedure for children is the same only start
with 250 milligrams of
ascorbic acid. If the child does not produce this
stool within 24 hours,
increase dose to 500 milligrams every hour and keep
the child on this
schedule for one or two days. Do NOT exceed 500
milligrams per hour.
Children should be given treatment only under
medical supervision.
Colloidal Silver - 1-ounce every morning on empty
stomach for 10 days. Wait
20 minutes before eating. Then 1-ounce every other
day for 10 days. Can
also put in a nasal spray bottle and use as a spray.
Can also put in ears.
Garlic - Try eating 2 cloves each day.
Vitamin A - Up to 25,000 IU daily. Use emulsion
form for easier
assimilation and great safety at high does. Do not
take such high doses in
capsule form.
Grape Seed Extract - 50 mg. 4x/day.
Probiotic - Take according to directions.
Systemic Enzymes - Double dosage on bottle. Take
on empty stomach between
meals.
Oregano Oil - Put one drop in 1 ounce of warm
water. Then use 1-2 drops per
nostril and breathe in deeply. Also take orally as
stated in my previous
post.
ZiCAM - I don't ever recommend over-the-counter
meds but this is a
homeopathic zinc gel that you use in the nostrils.
It does not have the
best "fillers" in it but it does seem to help with
getting zinc in the body
very quickly.
If your air is dry then use a cool mist
humidifier or vaporizer to help
breathing at night. Put some eucalyptus oil in the
water. Sleep with head
slightly elevated.
Place a heating pad or a hot water bottle (hot
water bottle is better) on
your chest to relieve pain. I would also recommend
NOPAINE on the chest and
back along with the heating pad.
Clear Lungs from RidgeCrest Herbals is good if
you can find it at your
health food store. They have it with ephedra and
without and they both
appear to be equally effective.
Do the shower and the cold/heat therapy that I
included last night.
Have someone "beat" on her back with sides of
hands several times each day.
Beat as hard as she can stand it. Preferably right
before she gets into the
hot shower.
Take a green drink with coconut oil (1
tablespoon) and fresh juiced veggies
(red cabbage, 1 carrot, ? apple, ? beet, celery &
broccoli) 2x's daily. Add
a drop of hot sauce.
Make some chicken soup with onions, vegetables
and garlic and add some hot
spices to it. Eat 2-3x's daily.
After brushing teeth, rinse mouth out with 3%
Hydrogen Peroxide. Do not
swallow. Then rinse with pure, clean water.
If she has a nebulizer that she can put medicine
in (not the pre-measured)
then let me know and I will give you a formula for
her to use to breathe
into the lungs. (By the way, everyone should have a
nebulizer or two around
the house---not the ones that you can only use the
pre-measured meds in)
Keep hands and feet warm at all times.
Aromatherapy Recommendations:
Body Rub
Eucalyptus-lemon - 10 drops
Niaouli - 10 drops
Thyme - 5 drops
Ravensara - 5 drops
Diluted in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Rub all
over body except for the
face.
Bedsock Therapy
Tear a tissue in half and on each piece put 2 drops
of essential oil of
ginger and arrange these in the sock so that the
tissues are against the
soles of your feet. Change the tissues twice a
day-in the evening they
should be placed in your bedsocks and worn
overnight.
Chinese Cold/Cough Formula
Put a wineglassful of brandy in a clean bottle with
about 1 tablespoon
grated, fresh ginger and leave to stand for a week.
Strain and add the
brandy liquid to a glassful of honey and blend them
together well, and
bottle. Dilute 1 teaspoon of this in a cup of hot
water for an excellent
preventative drink throughout the winter or in the
treatment of bronchitis.
It will certainly keep colds at bay as well. Instead
of a pieces of ginger,
you could substitute 6 drops of essential oil of
ginger, leaving it to
infuse for a week.
Chest Massage:
Massage the chest with the following: Eucalyptus -
15 drops; Rosemary - 10
drops; Hyssop - 5 drops. Dilute in 2 tablespoons
vegetable oil.
