recipes), some vinegar, some lemon juice, some
alcohol, some spinach, some berries, some chocolate,
some peppers, some spicy foods, some processed
foods.
Still no tomatoes,
broccoli, avocados, aged cheeses, oranges, limes,
lemons, nuts, eggplant, grapes, bananas, kiwi,
pineapple...
Note: Where a
recipe contains aged cheeses, substitute for
homemade, fresh cheese.
