Fettuccini Alfredo
1/2 cup butter softened
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
12 ounces fettuccini pasta
1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
Combine the butter, cream, and Parmesan
cheese in a large bowl and mix until
blended. Cook pasta according to package
directions, drain. Add the hot pasta to the
cheese mixture and toss until coated. Spoon
into a warm serving platter, sprinkle with
basil, pepper and extra Parmesan cheese.
