| Foods we can eat only
once in a while:
With potatoes, or pork, some white flour, some
sugar, some vinegar, some lemon juice.
Still no tomatoes,
broccoli, alcohol, avocados, aged cheeses, oranges,
limes, lemons, nuts, spinach, peppers, spicy foods,
berries, eggplant, grapes, bananas, kiwi, pineapple,
chocolate, not many processed foods...
Note: Where a
recipe contains aged cheeses, substitute for
homemade, fresh cheese.
