None of the following, for health reasons: tomatoes, broccoli, alcohol, avocados, aged cheeses, oranges, limes, lemons, nuts, spinach, peppers, spicy foods, berries, eggplant, grapes, bananas, kiwi, pineapple, chocolate, vinegar, lemon juice, lime juice...

None of the following, by choice: potatoes, sugar, white flour, pork, processed foods.

Note: Where a recipe contains aged cheeses, substitute for homemade, fresh cheese.

Note: Where a recipe calls for breadcrumbs, always use whole grain. Where a recipe calls for flour as a thickener, always use whole wheat, or rye, or spelt or some other type.
