Double Roast Chicken I love this idea, because I often buy 2 chickens at once when they are on sale for .50 per lb or up to .80 per lb maximum. This is such a cheap way to feed a family! I always make stock out of the bones and then freeze it or make soup right away. The cooked meat from this roasted chicken can be frozen and saved for casseroles or chicken salad sandwiches.

This is the most educational cookbook I have ever seen, and the only one I've ever read like a chapter book. It is packed with information, and it will challenge your way of thinking about food!

Haven't tried making freezer meals yet? This book is a great tool to start with!
