| 1 bunch Green Onions, diced with
tops
2 bunches Broccoli
1 cup Red Grapes, cut in half
1 cup Mayonnaise
4 TBL Sugar
4 TBL Vinegar
1 pound Crisp Bacon, crumbled
1/3 cup Sunflower Seed
Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and
vinegar. Add vegetables and grapes.
Marinade vegetables overnight in a
Ziploc bag. Turn bag several times.
Add bacon and sunflower seeds just
before serving.
Variation: One of my aunts uses
raisins instead of grapes and omits
sunflower seeds. |
