7 Layer Bean Dip

Cowboy Caviar

Crock Pot Hot Wings

Filo Onion Rolls

Shrimp Dip  My mom makes something like this and everyone seems to love it. I'm not crazy about the little shrimps, in anything, so I don't eat it--but everyone else finishes it off!

No Bean Chili Dip

This is so easy and very yummy!

1 package (8 oz.) Cream Cheese

1 can No Bean Chili

Tortilla Chips

In saucepan over low-medium heat, combine cream cheese and chili.  Stir until smooth and well mixed.  Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Pepperoni Pizza Dip

1 tsp dried Oregano crushed

1/8 tsp Garlic Powder

1/8 tsp Red Pepper, crushed (optional)

1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce

1/2 Cup chopped Pepperoni

1/4 Cup sliced Green Onion

1/4 Cup chopped Green Pepper

1/2 Cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper.  Spread evenly in the bottom of a 9 x 10-inch dish or pie plate.  Spread pizza sauce over the top.  Sprinkle with pepperoni, green onion, and green pepper.  Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.  Top with mozzarella cheese, bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated.  Serve with French bread cubes.

Easy Sauce for Meatballs or Little Smokies

I toss together 1 jar of grape jelly and 1 jar of chili sauce with either meatballs or little smokies, and heat them up in my crock pot and serve them that way. It's yummy + easy! :)

Nacho Dip

My mom used to make this a lot.

1 lb. Hamburger

1/2 of a small can Refried Beans

1 8 oz. can Tomato Sauce

1 small can Sliced Olives

1/2 Cup Salsa

Cheddar Cheese, grated

Brown hamburger and drain. Add refried beans, salsa, and tomato sauce. Cook and stir until heated through. Add olives. Pour into a pie pan and top with a thick layer of cheese. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.

Quick Nachos

This is really easy--you can substitute chicken for the beef. You can add other toppings that you like. Mmmm!

Tortilla Chips

Cooked Hamburger

Cheddar Cheese, grated

Salsa

On a cookie sheet put a single layer of chips. Top with meat and cheese. Spoon a small amount salsa to taste. Heat under broiler until cheese is melted. Watch while cooking, it burns quickly. Adjust quantity of ingredients to the number of people you are serving. Serve with additional salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
